Someone's note

I have had a difficult week. It would help to talk to someone who understands.

Your note

I have space to listen. We can take it one message at a time.

A shared understanding
An illustration, not a real conversation.

    Write it out.

Something weighing on you, or space to listen. Start with a short note.

    Meet your kind.

Connect with another adult who speaks your language.

  3. 3

    Lift each other up.

Share a little. Listen a little. Reply at your own pace.

Questions

Is it free?

Yes. Writing, connecting and chatting are free. You do not need a subscription.

Who will I talk to?

Another adult looking for a supportive conversation. You can be having a hard day or feel ready to listen. This is mutual support, not dating, therapy or a professional listening service.

How soon will I connect?

We connect you as soon as an eligible person who shares a chat language is available. There is no opening time or artificial wait. Availability and replies depend on real people, so we cannot promise an instant conversation.

Are my messages checked by AI?

AI reviews a conversation when someone reports it, not every message. A limited text check can offer optional support links; it does not assess your health or alert a moderator. Profile photos are checked before others can see them.

Who can read my messages?

Your conversation is for you and the other person. The operator may access relevant messages to review reports or resolve a support issue. Messages are encrypted in transit and at rest, but not end to end.

How is this moderated?

You can block or report someone at any time. One operator reviews reports, aiming to respond within 48 hours; this is not continuous monitoring. AI helps review reported conversations and photos, and can make mistakes.

Is this therapy?

No. This is peer support between adults. It cannot replace professional care or emergency help. You can find local support services from any page.
